[SOLVED] Not able to get my old Ubuntu VM on net

I have finally upgraded my old TrueNas Core to the most recent Scale version 25.10. I did the upgrade version by version, except for the one that would move my existing VM to apps (24 ish).

Now my Scale is up and running, and I think I fixed all the small issues during the upgrades, except for the network connection for my Ubuntu VM.

My network:
A dual 10Gb network card running Link Aggregation in LACP protocol (bond0).
A bridge br0 with my static IP

When I try to connect my VM to the bridge br0, it doesn’t get any network connections at all.

I even removed all my network cards and started all over, but to no help.

Trying to make any changes on my Ubuntu VM is more or less impossible since the Spice terminal is working like shit.

Any good ideas on how to solve this?

I used Setting Up a Network Bridge from the Documentation Hub and several videos and forum post as guidance while setting up my network.

Solution
My bridge was working, but the problem was that the VM had got a new Ethernet name during all upgrades. Sadly, due to the problem with the keyboard layout in noVNC and Spice, it was a real struggle to reconfigure my network on my VM.
