Block cloning may have been an issue as posted above also. It’s odd to see the Usable Capacity being larger than what you would expect for 4 x 12TB drives in a Raid-Z1. You can see that in #17 screenshot
I still don’t see how the usable capacity is off by so much. Do you have deduplication enabled?
One thing that may be happening is one computer may be trying to backup the backup of another or reproducing the folders.
For instance, if you mount a nas folder bobs_precious_files on bobs laptop, and then you backup bobs laptop, then bobs_laptop may copy all of bobs_precious_files into a backup location on the nas. Thereby doubling the storage consumption for bobs_precious_files. If multiple computers do this you could have a lot more data then you expect.
I would make sure your other devices are not duplicating files already on the nas.
