Suggestions for upgrading a Quadro P1000 GPU for Plex Transcoding

Hey all, I am running 25.04.2.4, and I currently have a Quadro P1000 GPU installed that I primarily use for Plex transcoding.

I am sort of stuck on updating past 25.04.2.4, due to the dropping of Nvidia support on older cards, like my P1000. I am looking for suggestions for a newer GPU that I can use in this machine with newer versions of Truenas and still have the ability to transcode.

I am looking at a T400, but it seems that the T400 is actually a little less powerful than the P1000. I am bit constrained by power, as It has to be powered by 50w of power (this is in a Dell 740xd chasis, and I am pretty sure 50w is the max.

What other GPUs should I be looking at to upgrade this machine with?

I have a T400 and for my use case it’s working great, but most of the time i’m the sole user of my nas and don’t have very high transcoding requirements. A single transcode in jellyfin uses around 18-25% of the gpu.
Another option would be an intel a310

I’m using a Sparkle Intel Arc A310 Omni View for Plex hardware transcoding and so far it’s been working fine. It also has a 50W power limit, but my understanding is that a PCIe slot can deliver up to 75W. So 50W is pretty good in my book.
