TerraMaster F8 SSD Plus - Web interface could not be accessed

  • how to i fix “web interface cannot be accessed” i have the default F8 SSD Plus

We would need more information. Is the TrueNAS server still on the network or did it lose all network connectivity? Can you ping it’s ip address or access file shares? Do you have access to the console screen or SSH set up to see if and where the system is saying the GUI address is?

Browse some other threads and do the Tutorial by the Bot to get your forum trust level up if you need to post images

After booting from nvme drive with installed system it shows this message and 1-9 menu:

  1. Configure network settings

  2. Configure static routes

  3. Set up local administrator

  4. Reset configuration to defaults

  5. Open TrueNAS CLI Shell

  6. Open Linux Shell

B) Reboot

  1. Shutdown

How did you have your network set up? Did the TrueNAS system use DHCP to get an ip address or did you use a static ip?
