I upgraded from TrueNAS SCALE v13 scale to version 25.04.1. Now, from the ESXi machine, I can no longer map the existing iSCSI disks—they are only visible in RAW mode.
Do you know of a way to recover the data?

Please post details how you upgraded. Direct Core 13 to Scale Fangtooth or did you do all the incremental upgrades to the previous Scale versions.
