Unable to import pool after replication and name change

Hi all. I am hung up with an unusable TrueNAS R20, after I was following steps to migrate my old RAIDZ0 pool to a new RAIDZ2 pool. I was following these old steps from 2016 (still referenced in recent posts I see) which seemed plausible. (I can’t include a link to the post?)

After replicating (I unchecked the read-only box), and successfully disconnecting both pools (making sure not to delete anything), things started to go wrong at step 5.

The zpool import tank old-tank and zpool import temp-tank tank commands both had errors about how the pools were read-only, and couldn’t mount them. I proceded with the zpool export commands anyway, and they were available to import in the GUI.

Unfortunately the Datasets page won’t load, with this big red error, "[Errno 2] No such file or directory: '/mnt/.ix-apps/app_configs'" (I can’t show a screenshot???)

This error shows up if I open the “Export/Disconnect” menu button on the Storage page, too.

I’m not familiar enough with the zpool/zvol commands so I have looked to start a support request, but I thought someone may be able to chime in here about what is going on, instead! Would love to get my system back going. Thank you!

(I can’t show a screenshot of the disks page showing the two pools???)

It would really help to have the link. Can you post it broken into pieces so it doesn’t get blocked?
