unscheduled system reboot

The system shuts down unexpectedly approximately every 3 days. When it stops working, I am unable to restart it until I turn off the on/off switch and then press the power button.

Hi, Is really hard made some troubleshout with the info provided.
List hardware and everything concern your system that can be usefull :wink:

To me, this seems more a freeze than a reboot… Can you see on a monitor what happen before the system stop?
