Hello!
I need some help to understand what is hapenning with my system that is not possible to upgrade from version 25.04.6 to the latest release. I tried it multiple times and always had to rollback to the 25.04 because of 2 failures, one I was able to fix and was related to the hardware, but the second is critical and I couldn’t find a solution, making me rollback to version 25.04.6
The first issue are the zfs pools, because I have an external USB hard disk case, in the first boot disk where not recognized and the pool was offline, a simple reboot ensuring the external case is online solved the issue, I even replaced the server by a Terramaster F8 SSD Plus and now it is way more stable regarding the external hard disk case. It connects to the server using a 10gbps USB-C interface.
The second issue so is the worst, I currently run 9 containerized applications, all TrueNAS apps, not custom apps, after the upgrade the application service does not starts, neither the sharing services, like SMB and NFS. To be honest as the system is critical to me I didn’t even went deep checking too many things, after rebooting the system 2/3 times and no success to make the apps and sharing I ended up always reverting it to version 25.04.6.
So, here are the info about my system:

I honestly have no idea of what is going wrong, I’ll really appretiate some instructions to debug the issue and fix it.
For the upgrade I just changed the Train in the updates sections and upgraded it to the latest version.
I tried to find any further information about the steps and it looks like it is correct, but I’m not sure so far as I was not able to upgrade it.
Thanks.
