Electric Eel brings in a significant change to apps. Custom apps will still be deployable via the docker compose option, so you’ll still be able to deploy motioneye. With the feature still a work in progress I cannot confirm if custom apps will be auto migrated, but you will be able to deploy. So stick with Dragonfish until a release is announced with the apps changes available. See the details in the announcement:
