I currently am using windows 10 with a windows raid.
I want to move over to Truenas.
If I move my windows raid into the Truenas machine. Will it read it?

No. TrueNAS supports ZFS and only ZFS. You’ll need to move your existing data to the server over the network.
That’s a shame. I wanted to use the same drives.
Just move them into the new machine.

Then use external storage for a temporary backup. RAID is not a backup, any you may want to have one.
