With Electric Eel Update, http web ui access has stopped working

I updated in series 5 days ago from Dragonfish 3 times all the way to Electric Eel, as my stack was based on truecharts. I’ve moved my entire set up over to official apps plus docker for my reverse proxy, however one truenas problem is unique to Electric Eel: the http access is no longer working. When connecting to there, it shows a “waiting for truenas server to come online” window forever.

https fully works and there are no issues with it, so accessing my server is as easy as using a different port, but I’d still like to know what could be the problem there. My config for the server itself has no changed between Dragonfish and Electric Eel, only my custom apps have. Notably, in the 2 versions between Dragonfish and Electric Eel, http access worked. It’s only with Electric Eel that it stopped working.

Has anyone encountered the same?

I just updated my nas last night and now can’t access my nas with the ip. Did u find a fix to this? Also u said u can use https to do it, how do i do that, right now i cant access mine at all.

You should post more details on your problem. What version of TrueNAS? Updated to version?

Are you seeing the console window with the ip addresses? DHCP or static IP?

We aren’t there to see your setup and figure it out only from your information provided.

For me the issue fixed itself magically after a couple restarts.
