25.10.0 broke Apple SMB extension support. Help

After updated two servers to 25.10.0. One of the server has two SMB services disabled.

  • Enable Apple SMB2/3 Protocol Extensions
  • Multichannel

I re-enable it from the UI and restart the SMB service. Final Cut Pro still can’t have a library on it.

On TrueNAS side, “aapl_extensions”: true,

On macOS side, OS_X_SERVER TRUE

What should I do to fix it?

Revert to a working version.

Not sure if it’s related, but seems it also broke TimeMachine
