Sorry to bother you. I updated to 25.10.3 a few days ago and so far as I can tell I am not longer getting alert emails that I used to get previous to the update.
I checked System | Alert settings | Category = Tasks | Replication Succeeded and have tried both “NOTICE” and “INFO” for the warning levels (though I believe the latter will not send an email anyway, just trying it to be sure). But nothing comes through.
I’ve tested the email sending via System | General Settings | Email | Settings | Send test email, and all was fine.
I’ve checked spam folder etc, but can’t see anything.
Sorry if I’m missing anything obvious, but I’ can’t see why this stopped working after the update. Any help gratefully received!
Same issue there.
After the udpate to 25.10.3, the alert email not arrive after the replication end succesfully neither with the option set to WARNING, as worked reliably previously.
midclt call alert.list | jq show just the last sent alert from the last replication with previous version
EDIT: the alert has arrived after 2 hours delay ahah both in GUI and via email…
Glad you got your problem sorted. I think I found the solution to mine. For some reason the main Alert Services configuration for email had got set to “Warning” so therefore any “Notice” or “Info” alerts would never get sent by email. I don’t know when this changed, but here’s how to fix it in case anyone else has this issue in future:
System | Alerts Settings | Alert Services | E-Mail | Edit | Level = Notice | Save
