I have similiar problems with a pool on a NetApp DS4246 on a SuperMicro Server with the LSI 9300-8E HBA for the shelve (I have another for the internal bays) .
Can you summarise, how you finally solved the problem? Was it just a new 9300-9e card? I aleady tried the 16.12 and 16.14 firemwared. Both have problem during startup…
