Problem/Justification
Improper Deletion of wrong application due to interface issue.
Impact
Better clarify what is happening, either by making the user type in the application name, or, by cleaning up the selection method / location of deletion button.
User Story
User is installing and troubleshooting a poorly documented application, figures out the problem and needs to remove and reinstall that application with the correct. They have multiple applications installed.
User clicks the checkbox in front of the app they want to delete, goes over to the ādeleteā button, not realign that clicking that checkbox did not select the application, and whichever application was selected on screen load is there. They get a pop up asking to delete ixvolumes, etc, but no confirmation of what app their deleting, no forced āenter the nameā to stop someone moving fast, they click delete only to see the wrong app be removed.
This has happened to me three times now, yes I was moving fast, but I should not be able to delete the wrong app after interacting with the interface by clicking the checkbox in front of the app to not notice that the application didnāt change in the second column under āapplication infoā and delete the wrong application.
