Adding disk with exand

hi i am moving my nas using truenas scale 25.04 from xigmanas my new motherboard will not run it or truenas core some error with acpi
any ways i all my disk were formated with ufs except the for 4 thats zfs
i wiped the disk in truenas then try adding to pre existing zfs pool but i get
an error

and i don’t know how to fix this can someone please help me?

I have never done well with the TrueNAS wipe

I tend to use windows diskpart or similar

if i use windows to format drives what type should i use?
i have tried the gparted live and ghostbsd

SO I HAD A WILD TICK AND I INSTALL TRUENAS CORE 13.3
I WAS ABLE TO ADD THE DRIVES TO MY POOLS WHICH IS NOW RESILVERING
