Adding iSCSI drives to VMs

Is it possible to add iSCSI drives (iSCSI targets on different devices) to a TrueNAS virtual machine?
I believe qemu supports it with a syntax like

qemu-system-x86_64 -drive file=iscsi://192.168.0.1/iqn.qemu.target1/1
