Can anyone please explain to me how I can copy files from my mac to the TrueNAS? I can’t make out heads or tails from the docs. Sorry, I’m a new user to TrueNAS. Thanks!
Create smb or NFS shares, map them to your mac and then copy over the network
Any chance you could show a screen shot of what I need to enter in the shares?
What part are you confused about? Creating a share isn’t particularly complicated, and there’s nothing unique to a Mac client.

I think I would understand it better if I could see a picture of the settings that I suppose to put in the smb share. I have a external drive that I want to copy a few files to truenas server.
