As the title says: I am trying to create a jira issue about a potential bug and I get an error that my user “doesn’t have the ‘Close Issues’ permission”. Am I not supposed to create an issue? From what I am seeing I should be able to do so.
Did you try to login directly to jira or did you try to file it from the truenas webui? If you tried it directly please try again from the truenas webui ( small smiley icon top right corner of the webui let’s you create feedback or issues)
Essentially I ended up doing that anyway. However, this is totally counter-intuitive. I mean, I had a great jira ticket with code snippets for the error logs, filled low priority boxes, version, etc and now it is just a box of text XD .
