Can't acces the ip adress after the TrueNAS Scale set up

Hi!After I installed TrueNAS SCALE on a pc and connected it to ethernet i cant open the web interface.The ip is 192.168.1.11 and when i type the ip in my browser it says that the site cant be reached.
