Issues even getting started with TrueNAS Scale

After reading around it looks like TrueNAS Scale has a longer shelf life vs TrueNAS Core so I am trying to get a system spun up to use it. I have a system with with a Xeon Gold 6230R, 256GB of RAM, and 60x 14 TB Seagate Enterprise drives. TrueNAS Core worked flawlessly on an identical system. I installed TrueNAS Scale and the first thing I noticed is that it will not boot via UEFI. I swapped it to legacy and it now boots but does not bring up the web interface and when I try to configure the Interface with a Static IP I only get the option to disable DHCP. I cannot find any place to set an actual static IP address.

Option 1 on the console menu allows the setup of the static IP.

I used Option 1 to disable DHCP. I do not see any section there to set an actual address.

Adresses are configured by adding aliases for some reason.

I just figured this out. That is confusing language. I do not recall CORE having that but I could be wrong. The actual web interface says “IP Addresses” in the list but Aliases on the right pull out.

Are the same devices (Network and HBA) supported on Scale that were on Core? Not getting a light on my Broadcom 2x 10GBit card ( BCM957412A4120AC )
