I just got back to working on my server, and removed the MB to get a better look at the issue. When I removed the CPU, I could see a small section of pins that were bent. I apparently bent them trying to install the new Xeon processor. I straightened them as best as I could, but had my doubts if it would work, as some were bent pretty bad. I plugged everything back in and much to my surprise, it booted to the bios screen. I could see the new Xeon processor and 16GBs of memory.
I let it boot off the new SSD, it started TruNas and I can now access the Dashboard and my files.
