How do I get out of “Early Adopter”? My Update Profile only shows Developer and Early Adopter nothing else.

wait until the version you’re on gets promoted to general, then you can change the profile to general. The last version that’s available for the general profile is 25.10.1

25.10.3 is expected to hit general in a couple of weeks.

But then, .2 was expected to hit general in a couple of weeks. It’s all down to how the release goes, adoption, bug reports, etc.

Gotcha….I didn’t realize .3 was not released to general.

Nothing is released directly to General (and what I think of that practice is a separate discussion); any release is going to have some period of user/community testing before iX makes that decision.
