How to properly create an "administrator" account?

During posting the screenshots i have forgot to hide my email address on the second image i can’t remove, if you can do something will be apreciated

I’ve removed the public screenshot and uploaded it to the private file upload service so only devs will have access to that screenshot, if needed.
