Jellyfin app

Hi there,
I just installed TrueNAS scale with the latest version. Everything seems fine now.
I then installed Jellyfin app with all the default settings. I manually mounted my media library on Synology over cifs. I can see all the Synology files from TrueNAS shell, and even from my iphone over Tailscale.

But when I try to add library in Jellyfin, Jellyfin can’t ‘see’ them.
I mounted Synology folder to /mnt/Tank/Synology in TruseNAS; when I try to add library in Jellyfin, it only can see /mnt, not even /mnt/Tank.

I think this is permission issue? How to fix it?
Thanks for any help!

I fix this. I forget Jellyfin app in TrueNAS is deployed as docker container.
You just have to add storage in ‘Edit’ App screen. Sorry, I can’t post screenshot here, weird

It’s even more fun when you’re dealing with downloaders and have like 10 destinations based on categories on a remote host, similar to what you’re doing. You have to define a CIFS/smb path for each destination. Similar to how it was in Core in the old days, feeding your jails mount points.
