Kernal Panic - not syncing : No working init found

Hello Guys!

I think this topic has already been discussed but I couldn’t find solution for me.
the thing is I am just starting with truenas and want to experiment. for that I bought a old motherboard (intel DH55TC) to install truenas Scale 24.10.1, however while installing fresh this iso image I am getting this error,
“end Kernel panic - not syncing: No working init found. Try passing init= option to kernel.”

trying other times gives different errors as - “File system unknown” in grub rescue mode. and sometimes as “spin lock irqsave”

reading forums I found that in order to check memory I have to run memtest85 so I tried that but that software itself getting freeze. and system starts getting shut down and boot ing on it’s own. However I tested my memory in my friend’s computer and it worked fine. (I only have one memory stick 8 Gigs DDR3). I tried installing windows as well but it is failing as well. could it be hardware issue? if yes what it could be? Mobo or CPU (i3 530).

in another forum thread I read that maybe while making bootable drive has the problem. I tried using rufus 4.6 using both iso and DD mode, but it gave same error. different version of SCLAE (24.10.0.2) giving the same kernel error.

Thanks!
