Need to take a disk shelf offline while they jackhammer my floor

I’m having foundation work done where they will back jackhammering my floor. I have a secondary data pool that is entirely contained in a disk shelf. I am going to unplug power to the disk shelf while they are working

What is the proper procedure in TrueNAS to take the pool offline before disconnecting disks? Just hit the gear and go to disconnect?

Pretty much this.

No “System Dataset” on this secondary pool? No jails currently accessing mounts on this pool?

Nope, no system dataset and no jails!

Now to figure out if I want to leave the JBOD in the rack, or take it out entirely…

I did throw some foam and cork vibration dampers under there
