The purpose of burn-in is to wear out infant mortality in drives.

New RAIDZ2 array failures move between disks. Please Help

The Problem I just replaced all of my drives in my TrueNAS server going from 6x4TB drives to 8x14TB drives in RAIDZ2. The array created just fine, I started moving my backup data back to the newly created array and then went to bed. I wake up to multiple alerts about the array being degraded. Whats more concerning is two drives are mentioned between all the emails but only one show as faulted. Now I know that you can get a bad drive now and then but I guess I am looking for a little assistance …
