Are there any free or paid third-party NVME-over TCP-compatible initiators for Mac OS?
I have googled. I have failed to find an initator or confirm that none exist. 
@SinisterPisces did you find out anything by now? Iām also googling and not finding anything.
Thatās in Appleās wheel house, so if you donāt see anything, thereās nothing for it. Youāre probably stuck with iSCSI if youāre looking for raw block read/writes.
Youāre probably right, but even for iSCSI you have to use a third-party initiators, so I was assuming that Apple will also ignore NVMe over TCP and weāll have to rely on third-party software again.

Best NVMe-oF support seems to be on Linux based systems. Apple will push and support their own standards which is Thunderbolt and retain walled garden eco system.
Appleās āwalled gardenā is really not the issue here. Like I mentioned in the OP, Iām looking at third party initiators because Iāve already dismissed Apple; they have no interest in these features. They barely seem to care about SMB and NFS. Their in-built SMB support is sub-par but usable, and their inbuilt NFS is seemingly pretty good but poorly exposed and documented.
Iām hopeful that at some point theyāll offer NVME-oF as a native feature, since itās new and doesnāt carry the legacy tech debt of iSCSI, but Iām not optimistic.
