Permanent errors have been detected after resilvering

I was swapping out a disk in a mirrored pair and the replacement disk failed while re silvering.
So I replaced that one and finished re silvering and now I ended up with 16 data errors.
Permanent errors have been detected in the following files:
/var/db/system/netdata/dbengine/datafile-1-0000001194.ndf
/var/db/system/netdata/dbengine/journalfile-1-0000001182.njf
/var/db/system/netdata/netdata-meta.db
/var/db/system/netdata/netdata-meta.db-shm
/var/db/system/netdata/netdata-meta.db-wal
along with 11 other unimportant files I can easily replace.
It’s the files in /var/db/system that I’m concerned about.

How can I recover or re-create these files?
The NAS seems to be starting and working normally except for the reporting tab where I’m getting no data under any category.

Thanks

Strange that the operating system isn’t on the Volume that was part of that mirror.
The /var path should be on the boot pool so I still don’t know how these files got corrupted.

OK, Google found the answer. I hope.
I just deleted all 5 files and reporting started working again.
zpool status -v shows no errors now. Scrub in progress.
