Pool is offline and one drive is missing

I have 4 drives. One drive was bad. Then I had a power outage.
Now the pool is offline and one drive is missing.
How do I restore the pool and replace the bad drive?

How is the pool set up? Raidz1? Raidz2? Simple Stripe? Stripe of mirrors? You have to give more information than you have given.

I don’t recall. I have 4 8tb drive, I believe1 had 1 parity drive

What does sudo zpool status show ?

Also

sudo zpool list

Thanks for all the help.

I was able to restart the drive. I removed the drive, swapped the drive power cables.
Turn on the machine. The pool is prefect no errors.

Prior, I had read errors on this one drive. It may be due to power issues.
