Seems like adding Boot Pools to the Enclosures would be handy? Status for the VDEV shows “Unknown”. The real status is fine.
Enclosure spaces also only go down to 2, and it may be common for boot pool to be 1 wide.

Can you post some screenshots and describe a bit more?

Did you use TrueNAS Connect software to do the upgrades, etc? If you are not using that software, please open another, new thread in a different category or TAG.
