Reboot with static IP

I have been trying to set the truenas to boot with the same IP and it doesn’t seem to be working correctly. Please let me know if I am missing something. Attached are the current settings via screen shots. This is a remote server and I need to be able to reboot and have it grab the same ip each time. I tried to upload screen shots, but it wouldn’t let me. I would be willing to let someone login with me and look that knows truenas well.

Why not set a static IP for the truenas box in the router it is attached to?

I can’t do that, it’s a remote virtual server. They said I had to set it on the software itself.

Be very careful with this…

I always set my network devices static. If your dhcp server is not online it won’t pull and address and you can not get to it. If you static it, you are not relying on a dhcp address.
