Rsync logs are not available

A failed rsync says

[EFAULT] rsync command returned 23 - PARTIAL. Check logs for further information.

There are no entries logs in the menu. Where and how can I “check logs’?

/var/log/jobs

You need to be “root” to access this location and the logs have some number as filename. I just look at the date/time of the file to identify the correct one.
