Do you one boot drive or more? Have you check the cables to the drives? You need to go to the Dell support page and get the documents for your model and troubleshoot why the boot drives aren’t showing
There may be a service tag that you can put in on the Dell Support website to narrow down where they are. Motherboard manual , etc.
