TN GUI unresponsive after losing a drive

I had an SSD disk I was using with a TN VM to store data go offline: Pool SSD-CRUCIAL state is SUSPENDED: One or more devices are faulted in response to IO failures. This disk only stores data and is not part of any other pools or holds any other datasets.

The TN GUI was not responding when clicking DISKS, DATASETS, etc. so I tried a ZPOOL Clear on the SSD which failed, so I shut down the VM and removed the SSD. Using HTOP, I can see that the QEMU system is pegging the CPU out.

I still cannot get to STORAGE, DATASETS, or many other pages. It’s just not responding. Is there a way to restart the QEMU service? Do I reboot? Or is there a better way to remedy this issue.

UPDATE

I had to reboot, which took a while, but I’d like to know if there’s a way to shutdown the QEMU services without rebooting. I wasn’t able to figure it out.
