hi all, whenever i try to install an app i get this error,
[EFAULT] Failed ‘up’ action for ‘nextcloud’ app. Please check /var/log/app_lifecycle.log for more details, all help appreciated
ive tried everything
At risk of sounding condescending, have you checked /var/log/app_lifecycle.log in shell like it suggests?
cat /var/log/app_lifecycle.log should give you some info. If you want to screenshot/paste that output here we can point you in the right direction
Edit: In case you’re unfamiliar with the shell, you can find it at System --> Shell, then just type the above cat command

Networking problem. Make sure you’ve set your default gateway correctly in the Networking section in the TrueNAS UI.
im able to ping google just fine and i set the gateway correctly
Try unticking “Autoconfigure IPv6” in your interface configuration
