TrueNAS Scale input/output error when creating pool

I recently built a NAS with the latest version of truenas scale. I have 3 2TB drives from an old NAS I had, and 2 seagate factory recertified 12TB drives I purchased for this build. I have been able to create a pool with the 3 2TB drives no problem, but when I try to create a pool with my 2 new 12TB drives I get an error I have listed below. I also get a similar error when trying to wipe them individually. Thanks for any advice!

We need the actual version of TrueNAS to start with…

Your hardware specs are useful as well.

Truenas scale 25.04.0. The drives with the issue are Seagate Exos X18 ST12000NM000J. Lian li 750 sfx power supply, Jonsbo n2 case, a single stick of 16gb ddr5. The motherboard is from Alibaba, and I’m not really sure what to call it, but it has a soldered on Intel n150 processor.

Having the same issue, watching for assistance.

I know it’s been a minute… but come to find out both drives were bad. I RMA’d both and i just created the pool ezpz.
