Truenas scale update issue

Hello all

For the last 2 months (maybe 3) every time i do an update of truenas scale; the update goes well , truenas is up no issue.

However when i try to access my content from a windows pc i receive a connection error.

The issue is that the smb share functionality is turn off… I turn it back on, reset all my mapped drives and all is well.

The problem is that everytime i do an update the update turn off the smb shares (not the nsf).

This should not happen…when the up date is preformed the truenas setting should not be altered.

Can some one resolve this?

What version(s) of Scale and what updates did you do?

Currently the ver is 24.10.0.2

I started with the latest version available last february when i migrated from core to scale ( i do not remember the version)

The smnb service shows stopped after the reboot. Then i click on the 3 dots and start again the service. Ther NFS share is not affected
