TrueNAS will not install

I had trueNAS scale installed and working fine, till my power supply failed. I tried to reinstall TrueNAS after replacing the power supply and it would not install. After several tries I figured the failed power supply spiked my cpu, memory, or mobo. So I replaced everything to an Asus P6T mobo with 36G of Corsair DDR3 memory, Samsung SSD, and a Core i7 930MHz cpu. When I try to load any version of Scale it gives me the install screen, I press enter. Then it either goes to a blue screen and stops, Or it will continue past the blue screen and give me a series of “+” filling up the entire screen for hours. For giggles I tried to install Core. I got Core installed but plugins would not work. Everything else worked fine. Then I tried to update to Scale. The server shuts off and will not boot correctly after. I tried resetting the bios to the shipped spec and no change. I have tried everything I can think of over the last 2 months.

That is ancient hardware listed. The MB manual states 24GB max. MB uses triple channel memory.
I would fix your configuration and run a live linux distro and do CPU stress tests and run Memtest86 to test the RAM config.

Thanks for the help!

As I was unable to get TrueNAS Scale to install, I was finally able to install and configure TrueNAS Core 13.06. This will work fine for my needs. With no further issues I can keep this setup.

Thanks again and have a great day!
