I have set up up Syncthing to Sync between My Workstation & Truenas(Direct Connection), seems to work well but The only issue I have when I set up a Share for the TrueNas folder where I have synced to I cannot see my files, all I see is the Syncthing Config Folder. Any ideas?
How do you have the share set up for owner, etc. and how are you not seeing your files? Are you looking from a Windows machine is File Browser or the command line of TrueNAS? It’s not clear.
Most likely is permissions and how you have sharing set up.
Good Question, I created a ‘App’ dataset for the Sync folder then created a group SyncThing added apps and myself. Then changed the group in the ACL from apps to Syncthing. I then created a multi protocol share for the syncfolder that is owned by the Syncthing Group. I am mapping the network drive in windows to the Sync folder in Truenas using my Truenas credentials
