Using Beelink ME Mini with 6 NVME drives, only 4 are useable in TrueNAS Scale

Well, after some testing I could tune the BIOS a little bit more to get through a Scrub without setting the CPU to PIII speeds

First, I will correct my original Post, I’m on 303 BIOS, not 301 (I don’t think that one exists)

I set the GPU to the lower frequency possible, so it does not use more energy than required (PSA: I don't use any GPU in TrueNAS, if you use it for transcoding, better keep this one default)

A more aggresive fan curve, did not spin up much, just for a minute at a time then went back down

The changes here are PL1 Power from 15000 to 10000, the same with PL2 Power and Power Limit 4 to 40000 from 45000

Even though I removed the WiFi card, I disabled everything related to CNVi, if maybe having this enabled sucked out power and introduced instability

After those changes the Scrub finished in 25 minutes for almost 4TB of mixed data, the CPU was at 2.9Ghz for all the process and the fan did spin up a little for 30 seconds at a time, the temperature stable at 65 C for the CPU and around 55 C for all six NVMe drives

I set the scrub once a week on sundays (is it too much?) so I will report next week if the thing keep going well
