VNC screen illegible for Debian 12 OS install?

When I start my “future” Debian 12 to install the OS, I am unable to see the graphics install screen that appears when booting the *.iso files. Have not been able to find the secret handshake to get the install to stay with text-only. Ubuntu server is okay, but I was hoping to get a VM with Debian 12. Screen capture attached. Have tried the TrueNAS web window, RealVNC, UltraVNC (both Windows versions). Really a show-stopper. This is the latest version of CORE. TrueNAS CORE 13.0-U6.2

Any thoughts appreciated!

I believe you have to set your resolution to 640 by (I’m not sure what the other number is)

Yes. I found an entry here were the solution was to pin the resolution at 800 x 600. That seems to be working! What a relief!
