Hey,
I noticed this when 25.10.0 first appeared, but I reverted to 24.x because of the SMB issues in Windows.
Now, that the SMB issues are fixed and I’m running 25.10.0.1 as the daily, I noticed this interface issue again.
Now, to describe it. Basically, I get this:
-Only when switching from a different section of the toolbar on the left. For example, I’m on “Reporting”, then I click on “Dashboard” and this happens.
-Gets fixed when F5 / reloading the page.
Otherwise, everything seems to be working fine on my end (not using apps/VMs).
Is this a known problem, anything I could try?

L.E. I thought about if there might be something interfering with the page, so I disabled AdGuard and it seems the problem is fixed. I’ll give it a few hours and let you know if that was the culprit.
L.L.E. Even with AdGuard disabled, the problem still occured about 30 minutes later.
