What transceivers are you using and are you connecting to a known, good switch? You can try sudo dmesg | grep <driver_name> and ethtool -m <interface> to see if you are seeing the SFP+ module and if the link is coming up.
How are you connecting the NIC to other devices? Are you using SFP+ transceivers, MMF or SMF, DAC, etc.
You really have to provide a bit more of information as I can only see what you post on the forum.
If you have run commands, it may be helpful to post the results back in CODE format, Preformatted Text (</>) Ctrl+e on the reply so others can get an idea of what you have run and the results of commands in a readable format.
This may help also, if you aren’t familiar with fiber. I had to make a crossover cable to make sure the transceiver was paired to a receiver, correctly.

Hi,
I am using fs.com 10GB transceivers and server is connected to the fs.com switch.
I see the link is up (green light is on) on the one port of the nc and on the switch port.
See below output of the command "dmesg |grep bnx"

Best,
Not sure. It looks different from my Intel card coming up. No mention of the SFP+ module but you seem to get device names like, enp65s0f0np0

Hi,
Yes I know that, but I can`t up the interfaces :( using ifconfig or ip or ethtool.
The AI old man told me :)
-turn off the PXE boot in BIOS
-update the nic cards fw
I will try....
Best,
