Truenas Scale 25.10.4 : Had a power blip today that set the UPS to screaming and had to power it off. Truenas came back up, and boot screen shows all is normal, but not accessible over the network. Hosted Debian VM is accessible via ssh, but not via VNC - connection refused.
Other IP’s configured on the host interface are also not accessible. Everything is on the same subnet.
Any thoughts on what is causing the failure?
How is your network configured on truenas? DHCP or static ip? if it’s dhcp it may be that the reboot triggered a ip lease renewal and it now has a different ip then before.
Connect a screen and keyboard to your trueans and see what ip is shown there.
Static IP on a single subnet network.
I figured it out, there was a bridge interface configured it, I deleted it and now I can ping the default gateway.
