Can't Add Active Directory 25.10

Just updated to 25.10 and noticed that my AD configuration was removed. Trying to re-add, and I keep getting the following error:

hostname appears to be in use by another server in the domain. Further investigation and correction of DNS entries may be required

Things I’ve done:

• Changed the hostname of the truenas server
• DNS servers are set to the AD server IP addresses
• Deleted the computer from the AD server
• Verified no DNS entries for the hostname in the AD server

Does anyone have any thoughts on this one?

IPA/Active Directory setup problems on 25.10

Would this result in this error though? TrueNAS is definitely connecting to the AD server, that I’ve confirmed, it’s just running into this error while trying to bind.

Ok NVM - must be that same bug. Just rolled back to Fangtooth and it works again.
