Can't install Linux (Rocky or Alma) higher that version 8

I’m on 25.10.2.1 - Goldeye.

I can’t install either Rocky Linux or Amla Linux higher that version 8. I just get the following on the console.

Any idea what might be the issue?

I was able to get Rocky 9.7 to install by setting CPU to “Host Model”, but I still can’t get anything higher installed.

Try setting the CPU type to HOST PASSTHROUGH.
