I updated my Truenas from 24.10 to 25.04 and now my SATA drives on my add-in card with a Marvell controller don’t show up anymore, but they do show up in debug mode, so a driver issue ? I’m really lost here been searching for solutions for hours at this point.
Post your full hardware details of your system. What is the add on card. Does everything work when you boot to the previous 24..10 boot environment?
Do you have downloads of the system configuration from both upgrades? 24.10 and 25.04

Im running TrueNAS Scale in a VM in Proxmox VE 8.4.14 with 4 cores and 32 GB Ram but my specs are:
Mainboard: Gigabyte MC62-G40
Processor: Threadripper Pro 3945WX
RAM: 128GB Crucial DDR4 3200 CL22 no ECC
Sata Controller: Marvell 88SE9215 PCIE 2.0 x1 4-Port
Boot Drive: VICKTER SSD 500GB
Storage Drives: 4x Hitachi HUS724030ALE640 3TB
GPU: Nvidia T600 6GB
No the drives dont get recognized if I boot back to 24.10 anymore, but it worked fine just a few hours ago just before I updated.
And if you mean the Data Base File I got promted to download before updating yes I have them
Do you have the entire controller passed through to TrueNAS and it is blacklisted from Proxmox being able to use it?
Yes the whole controller is passed through and blocked in Proxmox
Ok looks like whatever drivers are shipped with TrueNAS 25.04 are not compatible with my marvell controller. I installed 25.10 now and it works again. I would have prefered to stay on 25.04 but it should be stable enough I guess.
