So here it is.. The latest update has fixed the issue with editing libraries directly from a Truenas server, it seems to load once again.
25.10.0.1 seemed to break it. 25.10.1 It works again, but you have to go to the share and change it from ‘default’ share to ‘Final Cut Pro’.. It comes up with a warning about characters and that file access may be an issue. I’ve only ever had Mac type files on this server (approx 60tb across 10x18tb drives)
Starting this thread to help anyone else to may have updated to 25.10.0.1 and lost ability to use their server, and to track any issues or workarounds that may be required..
